How to order custom hats

STEP 1

GET IN TOUCHSend us a detailed description of the hats you have in mind. Remember to let us know where you are based, and feel free to add your logos or any files that could help us.

STEP 2

GET IN QUOTEA sales representative will contact you within 6 hours with a detailed quote. The same person will handle your inquiry from day 1 to delivery and answer all your questions.

STEP 3

TECH PACK APPROVALOnce the deposit (or full payment for sample orders) is paid, we will prepare your tech pack, including all artworks and their placement, dimensions, colors, and much more, which we will submit for approval.

STEP 4

SAMPLINGWe’ll proceed with a sample after the tech pack is approved. The sampling time is roughly 20 days, and HD pictures from different angles are sent for approval. In addition, shipping can be arranged.

STEP 5

BULK PRODUCTIONOnce the sample is approved, bulk production starts. Sit back and relax for roughly 30 days while we work our magic.

STEP 6

DELIVERYThe hats passed our quality control and are now ready for shipping. We ship worldwide, both by air (3-6 business days) and by sea (30 days), and we always provide a tracking number.
